1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all our subscription plans (Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime). If you are not satisfied with the performance of LeadOcean for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 calendar days from your original purchase date.
2. Refund Eligibility & Request Process
To request a refund under the 14-day guarantee:
- Send an email to support@leadocean.ai with your account email address and transaction reference ID.
- Specify the reason for the refund request (this feedback helps us improve our product, but is not used to reject valid requests).
- Refund requests submitted after 14 days from the original purchase date will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Processing Timeline
Once your refund request is received and verified:
- We will process the refund immediately, and your premium account access will be downgraded to the free tier.
- The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment source (bank account, credit card, or UPI wallet via Cashfree).
- Please note that it typically takes 5 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on bank processing times.
4. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your recurring monthly or yearly subscription at any time:
- Log in to your LeadOcean dashboard, navigate to the Billing section, and click "Cancel Subscription".
- Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the next period.
