LeadOcean is a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. We do not sell or ship physical products, packages, or tangibles. Therefore, no physical shipping address is required, and there are no shipping charges, custom duties, or delivery transit delays.
If you do not receive access or confirmation within 30 minutes of purchase, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@leadocean.ai with your payment receipt and email address. Our team will verify your transaction manually and activate your account credentials within 24 hours.
