1. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the LeadOcean software and chrome extensions strictly in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purposes or to extract sensitive personal contact data without consent
• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile any portion of our software
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or API security measures
• Sell, rent, or sub-license material from the LeadOcean platform

2. Accounts and Registration

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password.

3. Payments, Subscriptions, and Billing

We offer subscription plans (Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime). All payments are processed securely through Cashfree or Zoho Payments.

• You agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan as described on the pricing page.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the billing date.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) or USD as indicated, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Accuracy of Data

LeadOcean extracts publicly available business contact information from directories and public profiles. We do not own, edit, or guarantee the accuracy, validity, or deliverability of the extracted emails or phone numbers. The tool is provided "as-is" and we are not liable for bounced emails or outreach performance.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
